Do You Have What It Takes to Become Super Saiyan?

As a typical Asian nerd, I love to play video games. I live, breathe, and immerse my life in gaming. In college, my roommates despised me because I sat on my computer for 12 hours a day, playing Counter-Strike 1.6 (CS) while talking to my teammates via Ventrilo.┬áNow that the CS scene has died, everyone has moved on to Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) and Massive Multiplayer Online RPGs (MMORPGs). Personally, I’m a die-hard DOTA/DOTA 2 fan, but I know League of Legends (LoL) is massive.

Most average gamers can be classified into two health categories: 1. fat or 2. skinny fat. Personally, my lack of exercise and movement put me in the obese category. The ironic thing is that I studied nutrition and health in college. I had background in developing healthy lifestyle, but I never took action. Then one day, it changed. It started with one of those days where I lost 8 games of DOTA in a row. Those days suck especially because you do everything right, but the system gives you one of those teammates who love to troll and feed.

That rage fueled me to get up and off my ass. I decided to change my body and you can, too.

Give me three months and I will change your body to Super Saiyan. I will change your body to one that you’re truly proud of.

No, you do not have to live at the gym. In fact, you only have to work out 3 times a week for less than an hour. Most importantly, you don’t need to be doing massive amounts of CARDIO! You do need to learn about new healthy habits.
